Matt got me an agreement in principle really quickly so I was able to go property hunting sooner than expected. Once I had an offer accepted on a property we were able to sort out the actual mortgage. Matt does all the hard work for you as regards finding the best deal and completing submitting the application too. He’s also been able to find me a good life insurance /critical illness cover deal which I doubt idve found just looking online on my own
